Went to a workout class with my 12 and 10 year old daughters this week. After we left my 10 year old asks when are we going back. Today I did yoga with my 6 year old daughter and she said I like doing this with you mommy. Welp that's all the motivation I need to get back and stay in the gym!!!

At the range with my man and while walking in, there's so many of us here tonight. This is so unusual because we are typically the only ones here. But I'm loving it!!! Fathers teaching their sons how to protect themselves. Husbands showing their wives how to protect themselves. #blacksky
