Privacy of Information laws as countries in Europe/UK?

If the Australian Government is honestly so invested in anti-discrimination then they should be adopting laws that protect ALL PEOPLE. And people who are trying to incite hatred like Ofir Birenbaum should be charged for inciting hate crimes.
