I love 🇹🇷 and my experiences there more than my own country 🇺🇸...

I always felt Erdoğan did a good job being not woke, socially liberal like 🇺🇸 & the West. He played an important role that lead to Syria's liberation from Assad, 🇮🇷, 🇷🇺. He supports 🇺🇦 as well.

Well, still.... the houthis are a dangerous group for numerous reasons and there needs to be a global coalition to defeat then.

We can't ignore them but we (USA) shouldn't fight them alone

I like the Svoboda party in 🇺🇦, the Law and Justice Party in 🇵🇱. I agree with nearly everything in those party platforms. I also like what Erdoğan of 🇹🇷 says about culture war stuff as well.

🇹🇷 does not have toxic individualism either.

I'm socially conservative and fiscally left... AND a foreign policy hawk, interventionist.

I associate "woke" with the far left because it's a fringe concept and it's something that's gained traction the last 5 years or so.

I am too. I'm going to split time between Ukraine and Turkey... wherever I can get a job, I guess.

My country feels dead to me (too long of a story why I'm disappointed). I'm equally against the stupid far left and the malevolent far right though.

I would prefer 🇨🇦,NATO allies somehow undermine, help the 🇺🇸 opposition remove MAGA from power one way or another...I don't know how that can come to fruition but other people smarter than myself could probably come up with some ideas.
