If lack of experience on finding credible research publications is keeping you from it, there’s some really great resources on YouTube by researchers, teachers, professors, and medical organizations about how to find and critically evaluate research articles.

I have done the research before & will surely continue to do it, but unless you’re paying me, or supporting my family to thrive in life—you can do it for yourself.

Even more so when they teach them about consent and respect for themselves and each other.
