Yesterday TACO addressed the soldiers at Fort Bragg, where he repeatedly mischaracterized the LA protests and attempted to dehumanize the crowd and paint them as foreign invaders. He clung to the lectern as he made his bid to the Army, saying in so many words, follow me into fascism! So sad.

More pics that wouldn't fit the original post. It seemed like the people approached the expression of their right to assembly and speech with less a feeling of desperation, as a last resort, but did it out of a sense of duty to their democracy. Something that didn't exist just a generation ago.

Spent some time in Buenos Aires. The city is vast and sprawling and only got a chance to sample a small portion. Went to a protest in front of Congress on Wednesday. This we were told is a regular occurrence. They are under attack like here but face it with persistence and a certain joy.

Maybe the last Argentinian flagged vessel after Milei and company gutted protective policy for their merchant marine, threatening their maritime jobs, industry, and potentially their national sovereignty! The triumph of "Free Trade" comes at the expense of labor and the average citizen. Always!

We missed it again folks, going to have to start calling this thing music martes. We are in Buenos Aires for a visit and recorded this short video in the contemporary art museum in La Plata. The place was being renovated but they had a ROCAMBOLE exhibit. Powerful stuff.

Just finished up the cateo, guess it's time to start working on those guillotines. We realized during this project that we aren't a very good carpenter, and some of our measurements were off. May not get the cleanest cuts from the guillotines, but we're willing to take the risk.

After we finish building this cateo, we're going to start building guillotines. Destabilization can come with a price, if you know what we mean.
