Millennial Dad. I play old games. I produce music. I raise my kid. Long live the Infinity Engine. 🎲🕹️⚔️🐲👾
Honestly in this economy the amount of stuff I'm paying for to various streaming services I'm starting to feel like physical media is going to make a very welcome return in my life
Spotify is increasing their prices again in Q1 2026 ✳️

Third price hike in four years

Has anyone made the warehouse scene from Batman Vs Superman but it's Adam West's Batman complete with POW and WHACK pop ups yet?

Kingdoms of the Dump is one of the year's most charming RPGs, an Earthbound-inspired game set in a world made of trash, where you fight in landfills and heal with moldy sandwiches. Which is fitting — it was made by two janitors.

For my CRPG friends I feel a little title that goes underneath the radar for many is Tyranny. I absolutely loved playing through this game, and the magic system works really well.

RIP Mani. This was sad news.
Such sad news to hear about Mani. The Stone Roses were a massive band for me in 89/90. That booming bass at the start of I Wanna Be Adored was (and still remains) a truly goosebumps moment. But it wasn’t just The Roses, Primal Scream produced their best work with him in the fold. A very sad day.

My brother is trying to get a job with ALDI and honestly you'd think the recruitment process was for a top government role. Unbelievable.

This year sucked. For personal reasons and wider reasons. But Steam Machine launch w/ potential Half Life 3 launch title AND Snyderverse 'back in play' media frenzy gives me hope 😂😂

Loving the mouse trackpads on the new Steam Machine controllers. Older mouse-heavy RTS and CRPG titles should play comfy now. Plus tons of underground point-and-click indies. This is huge.

Apathy towards overpriced, buggy AAA games on the main consoles combined w/ Steam Machine access to thousands of GOOD indie titles could change the entire gaming industry landscape

I actually realise the look of the Steam Machine. It could cause big problems for Xbox and PlayStation for sure

Found out today that a lovely, friendly person who I went to school with has died in his 40's. Completely thrown me off for the day. Life is precious, guys.

20 years of binge drinking, taking drugs, partying, and eating bad food tends to take its toll on the human body

Parts of the problem is that I come from a generation where alcoholism was glamorized. I had my first beer at the age of 13

So as part of my journey to try and lose six stone I have decided to start going on small walks throughout the day. My back starts to hurt terribly after about 10 minutes. This is what binge drinking does to you, folks

I made it a policy in my life to never work a job where people say "just cover your own back". That's a shit culture. It's a team effort or it's nothing.

Delaying a title to ensure it's delivered properly is something I'm always behind. There's too many bugs and issues with modern rushed out games.
