Part of it is that you, and I mean you, are not calling on him to apologize and resign. Even if he and his supporters will laugh it off, it's the right the thing and you and most of the media are just not up to the job of calling out his racism nb his racism, not his expressions of racism.

The WHL is weak but it's probably not far off to take a ppg total there and divide it by two to get a sense of his numbers in Laval, which suggests that he'd be near the top of their D in points. He'll cool down and it is a leap but no reason to doubt he'll be fine in the AHL.

I like it a lot. I think that because it was both popular and by a band that was once a counter-culture touchstone, it was ready made for hating, as in "look at this sellout crap appealing to morons" and there will always be a market for that take.

hutson was out of sync defensively tonight. i think the first sens goal was a psychic injury that they couldn't recover from. that and monty just does not inspire confidence. young team issues. i expect that they'll put it behind them.

or they can muddle through for now and not waste assets or slow development. I think this team is good enough to make the playoffs, as is, but just barely. if/when the playoffs look doubtful, they should think about this.

No or, at least, not yet. Frankly, I think I'd rather have Kap as the 2C than ROR, as he's probably a better fit with Slaf and Demidov. If they are looking like a lock for the playoffs, I could see bringing him in, but that's a high price. I'd see if I could get him for Beck and 1st at that point.

Looks like it was the puck and not the stick on the last one and that was an attempted trip on the first, which I don't think is a penalty. So no more than half crazy and more likely fully sane.

I don't think it's democrats will never learn anything. I think it's that there are still a bunch of Democrat institutionalists, like Shumer who never learn and need to step aside. This old guard is fading but, sadly, not fast enough.

They might feel this way and it might even be true, but it's also possible that there's no one size fits all approach and what's most important is experience and grit/determination rather than size or toughness. Personally, I think a team full of Gallaghers could go far.

I think that what wasn't clear until recently is that MTG is willing to defy MAGA and/or create her own version without permission from T or his minions. That alone is refreshing if not admirable given all the toadying on the non never-Trump right.
