Since Trump isn't federalizing the NG (I believe?) but asking for state NG to be "donated" I guess it falls under the umbrella of Active Duty Military.

Although the Insurrection Act then moots all of this anyways.

Physically-based textures include several image layers representing physical properties which, while potentially independent, often contain strong correlations. The actual information content is far less and NTC finds a latent space representing it with fewer and lower bitrate channels:
