Made an escape room puzzle for my business communication class to review sentence fragments (something they needed to practice a bit more). Students loved it! Had stations with clue envelopes around the room and a tablet up front where they punched in their secret code into webpage to unlock it

One of my students who have known for almost a year asked me to be a reference for their Canadian citizenship. Today, I got a call from IRCC saying I don’t qualify to be a reference since I am a college faculty member, not a university faculty member. I teach a university transfer course 🤷‍♂️
