When I was in college I studied the neuroscience of addiction. The literature was SO CLEAR that the Internet was not addicting (funded by Facebook of course).

I think its time to reopen that field of study.

Relatedly, the biggest thing each state can do to reduce emissions is different for each one:

Turns out to hit the US 2030 climate target, its not going to be even steven emissions reductions across the board; some states will have to reduce emissions by a higher percentage for us to get there. If you want to know why, read this:
