Scalpers are the Number 1 Reason, because they know that Hotwheels Fans Badly miss having the Ferrari Castings, that they want to collect, so they buy up all the Castings so they can resell them online for a higher price just to get rich off of us wanting for it.

Electric Locomotives also have flaws besides Diesels, since they rely on electricity from power grids and sometimes those power grids could go out causing the Electric Locomotives to lose power and end up not going anywhere, giving James the last laugh.
