So many people saying Git Flow is bad, but I’ve been using it for like…. 8 years? And it’s always been the better choice than whatever mess the team was using before hand.

What’s the alternative? And I’m talking in the context of squads of 3-5 developers.

I’ve had to remind Sonnet 4.6 that I’m cooking most of my meals rather than eating out.

Doomed.

Graphic Design is my passion.

But whatever needs to happen to get Rudy at atmosphereconf I guess

My last month at my job with my resignation in was just passing Jira tickets to agents, and providing some context about the database and how I wanted the files to look
what AI reveals is just how many people have given up, or never cared to begin with

Agent skills can so easily be advertising vehicles.

Most problems in building apps are solved.

They’re not always 1:1 solved, but there are… let’s say… transitive solutions to other problems that can be applied to your problem. LLM’s are really good at finding those transitive solutions.

Bluesky or FYP, can I somehow filter out posts on here that don’t allow replies or quote tweets?

It’s about the same value as @thdxr.com cross posting without ever engaging.

I’m here to engage with people, not just read ragebait posts that I can’t chime in at all.

Makefiles are one of those things that feel really good to use, but just so bad to write. The format is… not intuitive.

LLM’s fix that.

And I’m so happy about it.

I’m writing 99% of my code for vpsm.sh with OpenCode and Claude.

- Plan with Opus
- Execute with either Sonnet or a cheaper model like GLM-5
- Review with Opus
- Plan refactor with Opus
- Refactor with cheaper model
- Review in Graphite with my own eyes
- Hopefully merge.

I guess I'm buying a new domain.

LLM's are just far superior at writing Go code than Typescript.

Go just seems so much easier for Claude, rather than it tripping up on using `any`, `unknown` and `as unknown as { randomType: string} literally everywhere

I bought an a7 journal to write single page entries.

It’s like analogue micro blogging!

My airpods were out of battery so now I have to rawdog walking around a city I’ve never been to.

Also, anyone else got the new airpod pro’s and the case has reallllllly bad battery life?

It lasts like 2 charges.

Travelling with poor network connectivity is so frustrating.

Airalo is so dog shit, but I can’t find any alternatives.
