We spent this afternoon building a roof for our sandbox. Hopefully this will keep it a bit more dry.

We recently butchered two of our beloved goats, and it was really hard emotionally. They were there one day, and gone the next.

We saved their hides and had them tanned, and just got them yesterday. Even though it is just a piece of them, it feels like they are still with us.

I want to start organizing social events for my rural homesteading community, hopefully to eventually befriend the conservatives and woke em up.

I need ideas for events that will draw people in regardless of political leaning. The first will probably be a seed swap.

What ideas do you all have?
