💡A recent study revealed how epigenetic modifications regulate skeletal muscle. Inhibiting Kdm2, a histone 3 demethylase, in the SKM of HFD-fed mice shifts fuel from glucose to lipids, increases slow-twitch fibers, and protects against HFD-induced metabolic disorders.
