one of the reasons being a middle schooler sucks is bc you're forced to be in the presence of other middle schoolers for hours, and it gets worse when you're surrounded by adults who should know better but somehow also act like middle schoolers only they're power tripping the whole time

they're judgmental, they're self-centered, they're shitty friends, they think they know everything while knowing almost nothing

that's called being 12 and 13

hell, I'd say art that lacks any subtlety in its messaging and is just mouthpieces yapping on a soapbox is less of art and more of a product
