Is anyone else’s Fitbit a lil crazy, I did a lot of exercise yesterday and a walk and idk driving can even make the zone points go up as well but I’m exhausted today and it’s saying ‘chop chop gimme a minimum of 60 zone points’

One of my fav things about my work is that around st Patrick’s day they place sliced pan, butter and tayto crisps in the canteen so everyone can help themselves to a tayto sandwich, or just a pack of taytos.

I added matcha powder, I added vanilla incase the matcha left a taste but apparently nothing is a match for buckwheat flour it just smells of buckwheat 😆
