HR tip. It’s not new employees being let go, it’s those in probation status , a civil service term, which means you can be “at willed” so to speak. Probation can last up to two years. 😱

If you have been promoted that means you’re in a new classification and thus “in probation status” again.

I think people know what they are getting when they book me- fun, engagement, talent, and inclusivity. You will not get basic, the "usual", low-key, or simple. I'm not built to be basic.
