I hated it when I was younger bc it felt obligatory and joyless and superficial. But as I got older I realized it's just a speech act that acknowledges the humanity of a stranger so I made my peace with it

It hurt soo bad when I fell. I was on the train tracks but I couldn't get up for a minute lol. And then I felt like I was going to pass out from the pain trying to get around the house that day. Wouldn't recommend

It's ok. There was about a week and a half where I was not having a good time but I feel like it healed quickly

The only bruising I saw was from the torn hip flexor muscles. I will never understand bodies
