Widower/Single Dad. My silence is my self-defense.
A rainy ☔️ Tuesday seems like a day for listening to Lionel Richie 🎧🎵 (and revisiting this old meme that still makes me laugh 😂)…

America, we should be caring for the most vulnerable, not catering to the most privileged.

It may be unrealistic, but I think I’d like seeing a therapist like Sean (played by Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting).

What is the best, most readable, most complete font — normal/bold/italics included, all characters represented, etc. — that is widely available for free on computers? And why is it Verdana? 🙂 (I just keep going back to this font for so many things.)

"A man should not compromise his principles, but he need not flaunt them, as a banner. There is a time to talk and a time to be still. If a wrong is being done, then is the time to speak out."

My simple reflection on Fathers Day as a single dad of 5 years:

“Just because someone carries something quietly does not mean they carry it easily.”

Today I remember & honor my late wife Melissa. June 14, 2025 would be our 28th wedding anniversary. We may not have gotten the lifetime together that we planned, but we had a lot of love in the time we had together, with a fantastic son to show for it. Thank you for loving me, Melissa. 💛

Digital business signs where the word "OPEN" is in red lights 🔴 but "CLOSED" is in green lights 🟢 — it's completely counterintuitive. 🚦🤔

I will die on this hill. 😅

USUALLY when someone is diagnosed with cancer, others express sympathy & support.

But when you’re evil & stupid like Jr. here, you try to create a fake conspiracy, as if a PhD should be able to diagnose cancer. 🤦🏻‍♂️

80 years after Hitler took his own life, remember that the criminal understands that what they are doing is wrong, but they also don't regret what they're doing – they only regret failure. Criminals will keep committing crimes, especially when given power.

March 14 | 3.14 | #PiDay

I can’t let the day pass without acknowledging my late wife and what this day always meant to her. She loved teaching math to her students, and she always worked to make this day special for them.

I hope today is special for you in a unique, non-repeating way.
