Security companies servicing some of these groups/sponsors' target sets don't publish in English. There's sometimes a wealth of info about certain adversaries that just doesn't bubble up into the Anglophone CTI sphere...

I'm not aware of this leading to any intrusions, but there was concern at the time about the sale of counterfeit routers from China to USMIL leading to this outcome. Buyers included "U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center, U.S. Naval Undersea Warfare Center"

Should have gone across the street. Almost 20 years ago, I used to very frequently get halal chicken & lamb on rice from a street vendor there (extra white sauce) for ~$6 iirc. Went so often the guys spotted me once when I forgot my wallet at my office.

Totally. America's Test Kitchen has super reliable recipes, and their explanations of their recipe crafting are top-notch. I've gifted their "Cook's Illustrated: New Best Recipe" to several people—it’s a great 101 reference.
