the story behind this album is also as sad as the music. 2 members diagnosed with lymphoma during the recording (not sure how true this is so take with a grain of salt) and the vocalist was diagnosed w/ bipolar disorder & OD’d right after recording his vocals. it was released a year after his death

i snagged a copy of this on vinyl somehow. not once has any form of music conveyed suffering and anger as well as this album. everything from the dry-ish production to the pump organ feel like an individual blow to your heart. the album exemplifies the word “bleak” open.spotify.com/album/3vsTcl...
