It just seems so weird to me. Like if my dog was out there yapping you bet your butt I'd bring them inside. Like it's not out excercising in a fenced yard or getting any benefit. It's litterally 5 feet from the house on a cord, I know they can hear it from inside too.

Oh I think it is barking at outside things and having a great time. I don't mind a dog barking occassionnally, but like it can bark for a whole half hour without shutting up, seems like don't subject your neighbours to that.
