And a real life cottage court. All this a stones throw from downtown too. It works when you let it be built. This area was cheap once and isn't as much anymore. Heck it's considered down right bougie comparatively.

These are all apartment buildings with quite a lot of units in each one only a block away from each other. No taller than any of the other homes too.

It's also been that green for over 30 years. Lots of the city look like this too, rich and poor. Oh and bonus for the street almost entirely made of mixed middle housing (with various levels of conversion to single family over time). There is even a cottage court within a short walk!
