Sharing my goals makes them less likely to happen simply because jealous toxic people will sabotage me. The amount of sabotage & betrayal I have endured thus far is traumatizing. So from now on I will work on my goals in secret silence until the big reveal when my haters can eat my dust.

Forgiving someone doesn't mean giving them the opportunity to reoffend. Forgiving them means letting go of the resentment within you; living in peace within yourself. You can forgive them, and also never speak to them ever again. Forgive them for yourself. You don't own them anything.

I'm talking about trying to be what other people want you to be, or keeping yourself small to make others more comfortable. If you want to love yourself you have to first be yourself.

Perception is what creates a happy or miserable experience. Is the glass half full or half empty? Did they say that because I'm worthless, or because they are jealous? Ask yourself if you are choosing a perception that is helpful or hurtful.
