Thank you! It is maddening this singular focus on the second strike, and the discourse around laws of war, 'fog of war,' 'returning to the fight' when we are not at war and these are not combatants!

Not sure I’ve heard the ‘anti-American bias’ argument before. Or I would have thought it a straw man. I always thought it was more the arrogance of the USG not wanting an international body to have the power to dictate to them.

That is so insane. We do not have the market power to control costs. If I get a blood test, the test provider tells me it costs $1400. Blue Cross says 'no, it only costs $140.' And then I pay a fraction of that.
