Yes. Her infatuation with Joe Biden over even Obama was odd and honestly one of the thing that ages poorly. I will say the flaws are minor and I can over look a lot because Leslie is a truly sincere and good character.

Trust me she becomes awesome! Season one is finding what works. Season two brings in another character that really works with Leslie and I love the show. Not my favorite because The Good Place exists and is almost perfect.
