Bulk & single cell #transcriptomics revealed a unique recovery signature, shared across specific leaf cell types, that emerges only once recovery starts.

1/ We applied high-resolution spatial transcriptomics across Arabidopsis vegetative and reproductive tissues. This allowed us to map thousands of transcripts to their cellular contexts. In seedlings, we identified and validated cluster-specific genes.
