I finally worked out what these CRAZY hot peppers from the garden are. They are ghost peppers. This explains a lot. Tasty - sort of fruity like a habañero - but … hotter.

So about the potential kittens. Yesterday it seemed like a great idea. From work. When I didn’t get home til after kids bedtime. Tonight in the full chaos of evenings in our house (complete with meltdown)…I might like the few quiet moments we have. Maybe in 6mo. Meanwhile I this one is the sweetest.

(Backstory: The real reason we won’t have another kid is not our ages, or the cost of kids these days, or that the small one is … a lot… it’s because for us “nesting” = renovations and we can’t afford it. Related: ask me about major Renos in a pandemic. But now we get movie nights.) ❤️
