He was the only person who had a vote and wasn’t voted for- a deadlock isn’t in effect until 2 tie votes. After that, anyone who can still vote (ie not anyone who is part of the tie) has to agree or they go to rocks. Which means: Cedrek only has to agree with himself. It’s consistent with the rules.

Hm. I would think Cedrek comes out on top by way of both having a vote and receiving no votes. If anything, I would think Sai and Cedrek should be forced to agree on Justin or go to rocks. I hate immunity by vote loss but unsure how else you get out of this.

The last chance to prevent rocks is for Cedrek and Mary to discuss Sai vs. Justin. But Mary has no say. So he just gets to decide. Not fair for Cedrek to be automatically out because Mary gave up her vote. He is the only player who has a vote AND got no votes. Feels fair and tracks logically
