- Adds "emu_replay" tool: manage replays using "reverse" openMSX console command.

Launch a 'turbor' machine using 'emu_control'.
Add the folder ${workspaceFolder}/dsk as a diskette using 'emu_media'.
Wait until the program starts correctly using 'emu_vdp', and once started, pause the emulation using 'emu_control'.

The installation is very simple, here is how to make it work in #vscode.
You don't need to clone the #GitHub repository.
