according to Clownacy that's actually because those 6 bytes were reserved for a build flag that replaced them with instructions to immediately enable the level select

tbf even if discord wasn't bad like it is stuff that needs you to engage with the community to learn something is like. theres a reason we abandoned oral traditions and invented writing just write it out man
