If you are changing things that will impact the lives of people, as a leader, you have a moral responsibility to involve those people in the design of it, so that they understand and come with you on that journey. Everybody wants to feel like change is being implemented with them and not to them.

The best day to enjoy a pistachio croissant in a bustling London spot is January 2nd—plenty of space while everyone’s trying to stick to their yearly New Year’s resolutions! 😁😎 it was delicious! Now I’ll continue with my usual healthy options…

Sometimes, I feel that I’m not getting where I want to be and giving up is tempting.

Then I remember my core values:

🔹faith- when you do the right things you will succeed;
🔹courage to do the right things rather than the easy things;
🔹growth- if I’m learning, I’m doing what I love the most.
