The thing that irritates me about Bluesky is the accounts that will just repost 100 things in quick succession and clog up the threads. I don’t think I’ve had a negative interaction, other than spammy accounts and scam DMs!

I can relate - sounds like my week!

Sometimes it does feel like the characters I’ve spent so much time creating have a life of their own! Realistically it’s that I know instinctively how things will play out because I understand the character and their world.

I’d previously thought vaguely that it was a fully happy place but not everyone is nice in book club spaces. I absolutely don’t believe the ‘I had no choice’ crap some authors spout (you do not have to publish problematic things. Your characters did not hold a literal gun to your head) but
