Happy Caturday! The only thing Charlie loves more than a heating pad, is defeating fascism

I’m really disappointed that the democratic leadership didn’t have a plan for how to handle this takeover of the government. We’ve been saying for months this would happen, and now it is happening, and we have no leadership to resist it. We truly are on our own.

This picture is from the last time I visited the Holocaust Museum in DC. This is one of the last things you see as you exit the exhibits. We cannot let them convince we are overreacting.

The removal of immigrants from our country is ethnic cleansing. Claiming that whether they entered the country legally is reason to deport them is just an excuse to get rid of as many brown people as possible. Immigrants need our help and deserve our empathy. And, they make our country better.

Trying to carry the spirit of Yule into this dark month and remember the light is coming…but even though the daylight will continue to come, we must remain steadfast in our quest to be the light for each other.
