Students of VU Amsterdam are occupying a campus building demanding the disclosure of all ties between the university and Israel.

For 1,5 year now, students have this simple demand: inform us about the ties. But they refuse.

So now this building is occupied till they disclose.

Eid al-Fitr Mubarak to you all! 🎈🌙

I hope you will have a splendid time with family and friends

And please keep in mind our brothers and sisters in Palestine, Sudan and Myanmar who are spending this blessed day in challenging conditions. Especially those in Gaza
#EidMubarak

Ramadan is almost over. It’s today day 29!

That means it’s Eid Al-Fitr either tomorrow, or if the new crescent moon isn’t sighted, on Monday (likely).

So that means a lot of Muslims are doing last-minute preparations today. My share for the sweats are off my to-do list now… so the gifts remain 👀

March 16, 2025 at 12:15 PM

Daarom moeten we zsm fuseren.

THREAD ON HOW NASTY THE DUTCH PRO-ISRAEL LOBBY OPERATES🧵👇

As some of you know, I work for GroenLinks in the local council of Hilversum

Today my party’s member of the local executive resigned due to FAKE allegations of anti-semitism because HE SPOKE OUT ABOUT THE DEAD CHILDREN OF GAZA

This might explain why Linke is so successful suddenly among the youth:

A very effective social media campaign on TikTok.

ALMOST 13 MILLION LIKES in just 3 weeks.

TikToks about 'abolishing billionaires', rent prices, Gaza and upholding the firewall against AfD go most viral

🇩🇪Left-wing Linke emerges as first place at 21% in the mock elections for German high school students (under 18 y/o)

In a poll earlier this week, Linke also ended up in first place among 18-29 year old voters at 19%

The narrative that the youth turns far-right should be nuanced

Here’s a video of the perpetrator in Tuesday's school attack in Sweden yelling: “YOU MUST BE OUT OF EUROPE!”

Most students have a migrant background, eg learning Swedish. They were integrating into society. But a far-right extremist wanted to kill them anyway. Tho some still say he wasn't far-right

As Syrian rebel forces are getting closer to Damascus, prepare yourself for the stories from freed prisoners you'll hear when this purple circle is liberated: Saydnaya Prison

Its nickname is 'Human Slaughterhouse' as the things we already know are beyond horrific

Some stories🧵

Sad that you have left!

These Iran-backed Shia militias in Iraq always claim that they’re fighting “on the way to liberate Jerusalem”

Maybe I am wrong… but Aleppo is not on the road from Bagdad to Jerusalem 🤔🤔

All they’re up to is exploit Palestinians’ pain to kill civilians in Syria and protect Assad’s murderous regime

“You say exactly what I think” this PVV-voter responds to me

Nice to see PVV’ers are open about their genocidal thoughts Muslims

A video of the protest for Syria today in Utrecht (I was there myself)

A girl telling how her brother got killed by Assad’s regime. Another girl speaks about her dad who’s been in Assad’s prison for 10 yrs

Yet some European govts want(ed) to normalise with Assad who inflicted so much pain on them

This happened today. One day. Just one day.

200 lives gone. Children. Babies. Women. Men. Families. Gone.

This is what Israel does.

This is what Western support to Israel in practice means.

I will never forget Hind Rajab.

I can’t imagine being a 5 year old child, surrounded by dead relatives in a car, and you call an ambulance for help. They come. But you and the two paramedics who attempted to help you, get killed by an Israeli tank a few metres away.

But it happened. Israel did it.

Israel’s Finance Minister Smotrich openly talks about his desires to ETHNICALLY CLEANSE Gaza.

You read it correctly. Israel’s Finance Minister wants to reduce the Gazan Palestinian population by 90%.

Yet people in the West choose to be blind. “Never again” is now!

For 91% of Dutch voters, the war in Israel and Palestine has no decisive effect on their voting intention.

The biggest exceptions to this are voters PVV, SP, CU and JA21 among whom 25%, 17%, 14% and 16% respectively say the war does play a decisive role.
