Im trying to make this fun. If all 100 people had brass knuckles, it's the people for sure. But if we keep it to 1 pair of brass knuckles, the humans have to adapt a strategy to pry the weapon of the dead guy.

How many pairs of brass knuckles before it's possible?

Absolutely. Regular men with bare fists lose every time, but if even 1 person can use a weapon, the people will win. Obviously guns make it too easy, same with blades, but brass knuckles should give a dude enough additional force to break monkey bones after a couple hits and it can be picked up.
