I was digging around on an archive of Compile's defunct website and found an obscure trial version of Puyo Puyo Sun. I re-uploaded it to archive.org just to be safe. Main difference seems to be that all of the music is missing, and most of the modes are blocked off.

Puyo Puyo 1 has a few palettes that I believe are unused. One of them is a version of the main palette that replaces some of the greens with blues. Swapping the palettes results in Draco and Satan having blue hair. Not certain what this palette was actually meant for, but it looks pretty neat.

I'm not one to post on social media much, but I figured I'd start posting some random information I have from reverse engineering Puyo Puyo 1 (and some other games in the series).
I have a good amount of random tidbits to share, so look forward to it!
