I put it off for a long time because I thought it was probably going to be more than a little preachy. When I finally read it, I got into just a little bit before I literally said out loud, “It’s a goddamn ghost story?!” (Luckily, I love a good ghost story.)

She came into the studio for an interview on a public radio show I used to produce. I long ago got over being impressed by fame, but it was hard to be in a room with her and not feel a little starstruck.

Appoint idiots to SCOTUS until they have a majority. Watch the people lose all respect for SCOTUS. Eliminate SCOTUS. Nobody will care because SCOTUS sucked. If I thought Trump was capable of that kind of strategic thinking I’d wonder if that was the plan all along.
