Narrated Abu Hurairah:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "I have been ordered to fight the people until they say لا إله إلا الله", and if they say that, then their blood and wealth will be protected from me, except what it makes obligatory upon them, and their reckoning is up to Allah."

Al-imām as-Shāfiʿī said :
قال الإمام الشافعي : أربعة تقوى البدن : أكل اللحم ، وشم الطيب ، وكثر الغسل من غير جماع ، ولبس الكتان.
Four things strengthen the body :
• Eating meat,
• Smelling good fragrances,
• Frequent bathing without sexual intercourse,
• Wearing linen.
