Were it me & we'd been arguing/drunk & he leaves me in the car in the cold for 10mins, I'd assume he (&/or they) didn't want me there, not that something awful happened to a grown man at his friends. I'd be pissed at being ignored, thought "Have fun jerk, get a ride home from your buds", & left.

Ah, yes. Stopping a 6ft 200+lb drunk male police officer from doing, well, anything would've been easy-peasy for his girlfriend, especially given their completely loving, stable, communicative relationship. 🙄

As the most basic needs & rights of the females of society continue to rank as 'less than' across the board, gotta say I'm not surprised at this news. Hope they assess & share what they've got anyway. At this point, I'll take what scraps we're allowed to have. I'm so, so tired.

I've said it before: I would bet money if I gave lawmakers (state, national, Supreme Court) a test on female anatomy, the female reproductive system, & the gestation process the majority of them would fail spectacularly. So sick of their submoronic garbage. And they wonder why birthrates are low.

Oh there's always something more important, it seems. I've observed over time that most male members of society, however bold or subtle, however 'well-intended', appear to be fueled by deciding what their female counterparts are allowed to do, what to say, where to be... it just never ends.

Good on the company for not passing on the cost to customers, methinks other businesses won't follow suit & will indeed raise prices, fire workers - anything to keep their exec salaries & profits vs. thinking long-term.
