Given the timing, they were probably checking to see how the market penetration of domestic refrigerator/freezer units was effecting home drinking habits, now that a lot (but not all) of households could just make their own ice from water any time of the year.

We need a legal thinktank planning out, RIGHT NOW, the Project 2029 chapter on how to institute Nuremberg style trials and hearings here, domestically. Or, failing that, the legislative actions required to repeal the Hague Invasion act and join the ICC so they can do it for us.

Because this needs to be seen. Other world leaders need direct or first-hand accounts of this shit, without the filter of US 'news' media sanewashing. It's the difference between your cousin telling you about how grandpa is getting bad, then seeing him forget his pants at Xmas dinner in person.

Our saving grace from the NepoBaby Coup may be that they all think in movie/TV logic. I think that the idea that the entire US military would be on board to put down peaceful protests might be leaning too hard on the idea of all soldiers being NPCs from a video game.

I agree. I also find it hard to pin down, but there was something about the Horus Heresy books that's involved, I think. Like, suddenly these new concepts of dire import were revealed only if you followed a small group who only appeared every 4-5 novels, or sometimes only in audio short stories...

It should be obvious now that there has been a gross underestimation of how successful the current anti-intellectualism movement has been. Brainrot hasn't just infected the overly online. It's impacted the day-to-day of core institutions like the media.
