Despite limited supply, 19% of homes sold above list price, with 2.1 average offers per home. 29% of sales were all-cash, and 5% were bought via virtual tours. First-time buyers made up 32% of buyers.

Nationwide, about 28% of homebuyers paid cash for their home purchase. It turns out that buyers are paying cash for homes mostly in the Sun Belt markets.

The industrial sector's boom is cooling, with net absorption down 48% YoY and vacancy rising to 7.4%. Logistics remains strong, but Flex space saw losses. Savannah and Dallas led absorption, while LA saw move-outs.
