Fourth Wing has a few spicy moments but it's mostly about the main character going to a war college and managing life bonded to a dragon and learning to wield her signet, but those Spicy scenes are really sexy, furniture breaking, lightning inducing kind.

I think it depends on the kind of Spicy Dark romance. Haunting Adeline has like literally a page and a half of trigger warnings, Highest Bidder is about a BDSM sex club auction and that author (Willow Winters) has freebies on Amazon like all the time, she writes all differe tropes/darkness levels
