I don't think it will matter much. All ports will get scanned. Ports below 1024 are considered sensitive and usually blocked by your ISP. Don't port forward to Plex. Try using upnp on your router instead. It's an little more secure. I run my Plex server in a container with no host privileges as well

Open up any port and see how much it gets scanned. Most ISPs still block low port access by default
