Maybe *you* can. And let me guess - your name on your birth cert matches all your other ID. Do you know for how many women this isn't the case? For how many Native Americans, trans people, adopted people, and so many other examples? Those are the people who will be disenfranchised. For propaganda.

Thank you! Luckily, I don't need a visa solution since I'm a dual EU-country/US citizen. But I don't know enough about overseas investing. I'll look at the sources you mentioned. Much appreciated 👏

I have a strong feeling it will be the opposite. What's happening here in the US is frightening and galvanizing our (former) allies to prevent a fascist takeover of their own governments. Some are starting to pass laws to protect themselves now. At least we can serve as a warning.

We're in our 50s and considering the same thing. I'm fortunate to have dual citizenship in an EU country, so we're looking at a few places with IT industries. Ireland and Denmark are in the running if we can swing it. Do it! You only regret the things you didn't do!

You weren't talking to enough or the right people. Everyone I know is angry, frightened, and demoralized by Trump's ham-handed behavior. We're doing what we can and prepared to do more. It can't be done overnight.
