I've seen cases like this where a rapist police officer could simply come back to the job and keep raping because the suspension was unpaid and bungled.

There are very few paths for this to work out legally.
They need to suspend paid, investigate internally, and then take disciplinary action, without considering the criminal part, because that's just not their jurisdiction as an employer.
If their internal investigation doesn't yield anything...

In fact, they could probably conscript an additional 1M right now if the recruitment numbers dwindle too much.

Je lui ai fait un script pour télécharger le contenu des courriels dans le tableau, automatiquement.
Elle passait plusieurs heures par jour à faire ça, maintenant elle peut le faire tous les 2-3 jours et ça prend moins d'une minute.
Elle se concentre maintenant sur des tâches à plus grande valeur.
