The Dutch ,and Europe in general, should not act under pressure from Washington. We should have dignity and act according to our own interests.

There are always yes-men in Latin America that directly benefit from the US. And American administrations know how to take advantage of that. Of course what these yes-men forget is that they can easily become foes eventually - remember Noriega.
