It certainly is otherworldly. I spent some time in Kalgoorlie, a small town in Australia. The Earth is a rich, deep red, and the plants are a wide range of olive and sage green. All this contrasts with a riotously blue sky and it’s like being on Mars but with vegetation.

For the first half of Inktober I lost my Apple Pencil at my sister’s house. Finally get it back. Them my pregnancy ramps up and I am feeling fatigued beyond measure and I’m told I’m badly iron deficient.

I’m so sorry for your loss, even if it happened some years ago. I still miss my Lenny boy. He was my protector and baby boy. He vetted my dates. When he napped on my husband’s lap when we were dating, I knew I’d found the one. Cats are precious, change us in the best ways. ❤️
