A friend of a friend's handiwork.
Originally a black-and-white screenshot of the character Naoya in the SMT: Devil Survivor manga series. Multicolored confetti is poorly photoshopped all over the image, as is the array of multicolored balloons at the top, the polka-dotted party hat, and the striped party horn in his mouth. The words "Happy Dipshit Birthday" are partially obscured by said party hat, written with Old English typography. A couple of low-opacity fire PNGS are overlayed in the background.
