maybe it was a couple weeks though but it felt like a month lol, you don't realize how much you use your left thumb until you feel pain in it :s

not 100% sure it's really it but tbh Silksong gave me pain in my left thumb nerve (or something) for the 1st time and it lasted near a month.
it only got better when playing it less and trying to focus on not gripping the d-pad so hard during boss fights :P

including catalyst which, like bloodlines 2, suffered from a pretty mixed reception, but i liked it!

to me it's just that different people have different levels of energy or something, both with their own pros & cons.
and you can still relax by doing stuff you really enjoy if you can't do nothing / not much :D

personally i enjoy a lot of down time & doing not much but i feel you're probably more the very active type who never stops, like in your nature.
i have close relatives like this, and even on weekends they're super active, but for other / non-work things they enjoy doing.

juggle & dodge worse than any boss or gauntlet for me lol
really thought of fully giving up on them, and took several days of break in between tries, very happy with my dodge score in the end though :D

i knew my playtime was getting ridiculous lol
and it's not even 100% but after the 2nd ending before ch.3 .. don't ask me how :x (though add 45mn to 1h of tries for each boss and gauntlet compared to you and it's already a lot 😅)

but i also really like Lace's dramatic attitude and tragic backstory, and didn't get to the true ending yet so who knows :)

having 1 moving away is already pretty rare, and you can get it back yourself, most times even from over the eyelid just by pushing / sliding it with your fingers :)

soft contact lenses are easier to get used to & more comfortable initially, but if you can support them hard contact lenses are better in the long run.
each have their own advantages :)

since they correct directly on the eye, you see clearly in all directions as if your eyes had 20/20, and without the discomfort of glasses.
